My recent stay at Mood hotel exceeded all expectations, particularly in the realm of service excellence. Despite our late arrival, the reception staff's exceptional politeness and kindness stood out, with a special mention to the accommodating morning staff who went above and beyond by ironing a shirt for us upon request. the attention to detail and personal touch demonstrated by the staff truly made our stay remarkable- a level of hospitality rarely experienced in Italy. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Mood to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.
